Dear Jake, You are my little angel sent from heaven. You have been going through so many medical issues the past 8 months. Your Mom & Dad are doing everything they possibly can for you. They would go to the end of the earth to find answers.
You still remain an inspiration to so many. Your smile and giggle light up a room. When the family is around you, and you laught, there is so much love in that room, it is as if time stops and we are all immersed in pure unconditional love from God.
Thank you Jake for teaching us everyday what it means to GIVE!!
